Maître Haroon MALIK has been a lawyer registered at the PARIS Bar since 2021. He has also been a professor of Administrative Law at the University of Paris 10 Nanterre since 2021.

SciencesPo alumnus. Paris (2012-2014), which he left to devote himself to purely legal studies, he holds a Master I in Public Law and a Bachelor in Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Master II in Public Economic Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre, and the diploma (DU) from the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA, EFB de Paris and University Paris Sud).

Before setting up his own business, Me MALIK began his career in the Public Law department of EY Société d'Avocats (2021-2022), before joining the firm D4 Avocats Associés (2023) and, finally, the law firm GB2A Avocats (2023).

Maître MALIK founded HMLAW Avocats in 2023 and is assisted on a daily basis by a team composed of a collaborating lawyer and two interns.
